Tour Itinerary of Hot Selling Choimus Kalash Winter Tour Package

Upon arrival at Islamabad Airport, you will transfer to your hotel. After some time to relax, enjoy an afternoon city tour of Islamabad and Rawalpindi. You will see the Shahi Faisal Mosque, Daman-e-Koh, and visit the vibrant bazaars of Rawalpindi. Spend the night in Islamabad.

After breakfast, we are heading to Swat via expressway. Swat was a princely state and a key place for Buddhist culture, rich in history. We will visit the White Palace, explore old Buddhist archaeological sites, and explore the local bazaar. We will stay overnight in Swat. 

After breakfast, we will travel from Swat to Chitral by Lowari Tunnel, arriving in Ayun. We will stay at Ayun Fort, where we can enjoy stunning views of the valley and river. We also visit the nearby Kalasha villages. Afterwards, we will head to Chitral in the evening for an overnight stay. 

After early breakfast, we are going to Rumbur Valley for the Chilam Joshi Festival, an important Kalasha event that welcomes spring. We will check out the town, enjoy a traditional lunch at a local house, and stay overnight in Bumburet.

Today, we are going to Bumburet Valley. We will check out the local museum, the Kalasha Graveyard, and the Town Centre. Then, we will participate in a big festival where we can dance, take pictures, and meet the Kalasha tribes. Afterwards, we will head to Chitral for a night at Pamir Hotel by the Chitral River.

Wake up call for breakfast; we will visit Chitral Town, beginning with Chitral Fort and the Shahi Mosque. After that, we will head to Birmoglasht for stunning views and a chance to see Markhor, followed by lunch. If there is a polo match, we will enjoy the thrill before checking out Chitral Bazar and having dinner at our hotel.

Today, we will journey from Chitral Town to Mastuj, the main village in Yarkhud Valley, between Gilgit-Baltistan and Afghanistan. Our path will lead us through beautiful villages by the river gorge. Once we reach Mastuj, we will discover the town, meet the locals, and stay overnight.

After breakfast, we will travel to Gupis (Khalti) through Shandur Pass. Along the way, we will stop at Shandur Lake and the highest polo ground. We will explore Phandar Valley and its stunning views. After we get to Khalti, we will visit local villages, take photos at Khalti Lake, and have trout fish for dinner.

After an early morning breakfast, we are travelling from Khalti to Gilgit, the capital of Gilgit-Baltistan, where we will check into our hotel. After lunch, we will explore Kargah Nala and the Buddha Carving, then head to Gilgit Bazaar to try “Mantu” dumplings. We will relax and stay overnight in Gilgit.

After breakfast, move towards Hunza. We will enjoy the beautiful views on the Karakoram Highway, stop for tea at Rakaposhi View Point, and admire the fantastic peaks of Karimabad. We will visit Baltit and Altit Forts, explore Karimabad Market, and finish the day watching the sunset at Eagle’s Nest View Point.

Today, we will take a boat ride on the beautiful Atabad Lake, known for its clear glacial waters and impressive mountains. After that, we will explore the villages in Upper Hunza and visit Khunjerab National Park. We will end the day by staying overnight in Passu.

Today, we will visit Passu Village, check out a local Wakhi home, and admire the beautiful Borith Lake. We will also walk across the Hussaini Suspension Bridge, head to the amazing Hopper Valley, and hike to Bualtar Glacier. In the evening, we will enjoy traditional dances and Hunza music.

After breakfast, we will head from Hunza to Besham, a gorgeous hill station with amazing views. We will take short breaks during our trip.

We will travel to Islamabad today, stopping at the Taxila Museum and the ancient Buddhist sites of the Gandhara Civilization. Afterwards, we will enjoy a farewell dinner at Monal Restaurant in Islamabad.

After breakfast, drop off the guest at Islamabad airport and say goodbye with great memories.
